These full-time, paid positions that are 10-12 weeks
in length. We offer housing assistance (for out of state interns), relocation
expense reimbursement, and educational and social events throughout the summer.
We have Spine Summer Associate Rep internship opportunities
available across the U.S; including Minnesota, California, Colorado,
Connecticut, Arizona, Massachusetts, Tennessee and Florida.
**A Day in the Life**
Under the direction of a more experienced Spine
Sales Rep, your core responsibilities include:
+ Gaining exposure to Inventory Management, CaseCoverage, and Selling (outside the operating room)
+ Participating in regularly scheduled business reviewsand training as directed
+ Assisting in resolving customer complaints inaccordance with Medtronic Spinal policies
+ Gaining experience with training and medicaleducation laboratories (including cadaver labs)
To be considered for a Summer 2021 Spine Summer
Associate internship, you must meet the following basic requirements. How you
meet these criteria, must be clearly indicated on your resume to be considered
for a position.
+ Bachelor’s degree student with a juniorlevel class standing
+ Working towards a bachelor’s degree in Sales,Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Biomedical Engineering orrelated major
+ A minimum 3.0 out of a 4.0 cumulative GPA
+ Legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis and doesnot require sponsorship in the future for an employment visa
+ Valid driver’slicense and reliable transportation
+ Participants must be able to participate full time (40 hours/week) as part of our intern cohort: Monday, June 7th, 2021– Friday, August 20th, 2021
**Nice to Haves:**
+ Prior work in a field sales environment
+ Relevant academic projects and/or internship experience helpful
+ Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment
