**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

**Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican (https://www.dignityhealth.org/dhmf/about/network/dominican)** **,** a physician-led, patient-centered organization, is seeking a full-time **Hospitalist** to join our well-established, collegial team in beautiful **Santa Cruz, California** . This opportunity will be based at Dominican Hospital (https://www.dignityhealth.org/bayarea/locations/dominican) .

**Compensation & Benefits**

+ Competitive salary: $315-340k annually

+ Productivity-based bonus potential

+ Sign-on Bonus: $60,000

+ Relocation Assistance: $20,000

**Job Requirements**

+ MD or DO

+ Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)

+ California Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)

+ Completion of accredited Internal Medicine residency

**Pay Range**

$315,000 - $340,000 /hour
