Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican (https://www.dignityhealth.org/dhmf/about/network/dominican) , is seeking a board-certified Endocrinologist to join our dynamic team in Santa Cruz, CA.

+ Competitive salary: $310-340k annually

+ Productivity-based bonus potential

+ Sign-on Bonus up to $40,000

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders.

+ Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams.

+ Participate in continuous medical education and stay updated with the latest advancements in endocrinology.

+ Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

+ Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff and residents

**Job Requirements**

+ Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.

+ Board certification in endocrinology.

+ Valid medical license to practice in California.

+ Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

+ Commitment to teamwork and collaborative practice.

$310,000 - $340,000 /year
