**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

Performs various administrative, organizational, financial, operational, and project related activities in support of senior and executive level staff. Provides advanced support to senior executives by regularly handling confidential information and performing advanced administrative support. Coordinates phone calls and directs calls to the right stakeholders. Helps prepare for meetings and accurately records minutes from the meetings. Provides realtime scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts. Manages calendars, travel arrangements and expense reporting for one or more executives or managers. Collects data and conducts data analysis to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives. Manages records databases. Collaborates with administrative and/or operational staff to exchange data and information that enables budget planning and expense control. Builds administrative community, provides learning and training opportunities for other administrative support staff.

**Description:**

This role provides on-site Executive Assistant (EA) support for Intel's Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary (CLO). In this role, you will manage a complex calendar schedule, set meeting agendas, and assist in planning appointments, customer meetings, conferences, etc. The ideal candidate is flexible and adaptable to an evolving, fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and manages assigned tasks/projects with the ability to reassess and prioritize deadlines for upcoming commitments and responsibilities. This position requires a highly organized, professional, and focused individual who has strong oral and written communication skills, sound judgment, the ability to handle multiple priorities and the capability to manage sensitive, confidential information discreetly.

**Duties include:**

• Organizing and managing the CLO's calendar and related travel.

• Receiving, interpreting, and evaluating information requests, taking appropriate responsive action, and determining when the CLO or the CLO's staff should be notified or involved.

• Interpreting program guidelines, practices, and requirements to perform specialized administrative support functions.

• Acting as the lead executive assistant for the global Corporate Affairs, Policy, Integrity, Trade and Legal (CAPITL) administrative team and collaborating with the other Intel executive assistants as well as with the administrative staff for each Board member, as required.

• Managing department logistics, including maintaining organizational charts, email, phone distribution lists, and department records with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.

• Anticipating the CLO's business needs, proactively formulating and evaluating solutions, and/or recommendations to facilitate meeting deadlines and achieving goals.

• Understanding the Board and Committee structure, including an in-depth knowledge of the internal and external attendees required for each meeting.

• Exercising diplomacy, tact, and judgment in interacting with a wide range of constituents at varying levels of an organization, including Intel's Board of Directors, Executive Team, administration staff, and Intel customers and partners.

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records, meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects and processes supporting various operating departments.

• Keeping abreast of organizational changes and business developments and maintaining an in-depth understanding of office management procedures and policies.

• Managing tactical projects and general administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, coordinating conference rooms, etc.

**Qualifications:**

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your degree, research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences. 

**Minimum qualifications:**

+ High school diploma or equivalent experience.

+ 10+ years working with senior-level or C-suite executives.

+ 10+ yearsexpertiseworking with all Microsoft tools (SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS Teams), Boardvantage, Concur, Workday or equivalents.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree preferred in administration, HR, or related field.

+ Prior experience interacting with and supporting Board members.

+ Demonstrated ability to use strong organizational skills to plan and coordinate administrative procedures and devise ways to streamline and improve the efficiency of administrative processes.

+ Prior experience managing other administrative assistants.

+ Strong calendar management skills.

+ Proven track record of the ability to maintain close coordination and good rapport with executives.

+ Significant expertise in supporting both internal and external partners, as well as customers at the C-suite level.

+ Customer focused and a can-do mindset. (ideal candidate must be proactive and drive projects to completion)

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

$119,420.00-168,590.00 USD (Hourly Role)

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Work Model for this Role**
