Senior Power Platform Software Engineer
Mantech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Microsoft Power Platform Software Engineer** to join our team. This is a **hybrid** position, located in **San Antonio, TX** .
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
+ Designs software components, units, and modules that meet product specification and development schedules for customers.
+ Codes software components, units, and modules that meet product specification and development schedules for customers.
+ Adheres to product build and release schedules and strategies.
+ Tests and debugs complex software components and units.
+ Acts as a technical resource for lower-level developers and may be assigned lead developer role for small-to-medium sized projects.
+ Implements lifecycle of services/solution delivery for projects.
+ Provides product demonstrations.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business
+ 8+ years of relevant professional software development experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
+ Strong communications skills to work directly with customers
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience supporting Department of the Air Force customers
+ Experience supporting DoD or other federal agencies
+ Experience working in an Agile team
**Security Clearance Requirements:**
+ US citizenship with the ability to obtain a secret level clearance.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
+ The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
