The Sr. Director, Marketing Strategy is a key leader on the Global Brand & Marketing extended leadership team, serving as the strategic and analytical lead on key marketing and brand initiatives. She/he will be a thought leader and strategic partner interacting with internal and external constituencies to build effective marketing and brand strategies by bringing data/analysis to bear on business challenges. While projects will vary, on a day-to-day basis this will involve: managing cross-functional stakeholders/processes, gathering relevant data, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses to improve cross-channel marketing programs and drive better business outcomes (i.e., improve short-term revenue and long-term brand building ROI). Core partners for this role include the Brand teams, Digital, Finance and CX.


**Education and Experience**

+ 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major, MBA a plus

+ 5+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Banking/Finance, Market Research, or similar analytical role

+ 2+ years of managerial experience

+ Problem solving and strategy expertise (e.g., structuring and analyzing ambiguous problems, driving implications from complex data)

+ Demonstrated command of data and insights from a variety of internal and external sources to shape narratives about customer and brand opportunities

+ Proven ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams, using data and insights to influence decision-making

+ Knowledge of marketing and media, including trends, analytics and approaches to marketing experiment/pilot design (e.g., matched-market, A/B, pre/post, people-based, etc.) are a plus

+ Sensitivity to global communication needs


+ **Provide thought leadership to Global Brand and Marketing leaders on a wide range of business-critical topics**

+ Partner with leaders to identify and deconstruct business challenges

+ Determine appropriate quantitative and qualitative analyses required to understand business challenges (e.g., identify root cause analysis, etc.)

+ Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and industry trends (e.g., changes in data privacy landscape)

**Colorado Applicants Only:** The salary range for this position is $120,375.00 to $242,756.00 annually.

**New York City & Westchester County, NY Applicants Only:** The salary range for this position is $145,654.00 to $267,032.00 annually.
