**Responsibilities**

+ Clinical Assessment & Goal Setting: Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to establish and refine evidence-based plans of care tailored to an athlete’s specific injury profile and functional goals.

+ Advanced Therapeutic Intervention: Execute specialized physical therapy techniques and manual skills to treat complex conditions, ensuring interventions align with peak performance and safety standards.

+ Collaborative Care Planning:Partner with athletes and their families to develop and evolve adaptive treatment strategies that prioritize long-term health and a sustainable return to activity.

+ Clinical Leadership & Supervision:Direct the activities of physical therapy assistants and students, ensuring all rehabilitative services meet rigorous professional standards and organizational protocols.

**Requirements**

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

+ Licensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

+ Bachelor's degree required.

+ Master's degree preferred.
