**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

Centennial Urology is actively seeking a full-time or part-time Urologist to join our expanding practice amidst the breathtaking natural beauty of Roseburg, Oregon. **Job Requirements**

+ Must have or obtain an Oregon medical license

+ American Board of Urology certified or eligible

+ DEA certificate with full prescriptive authority

Centennial Urology is a department of Centennial Medical Group, a division of CHI Mercy Health (a member of CommonSpirit). Located in Roseburg, Oregon, we provide a wide range of urologic services to the 110,000+ residents in Douglas county.
