Assistant Manager

Managers supervise the operation of the restaurant and team on a shift-by-shift basis, with primary focus on running quality shifts, ensuring great service, quality and timely delivery of product and managing of Team Members assigned to each shift.

**Management should strive to:**

+ Drive top line sales

+ Ensure 1st Class Service

+ Ensure unlimited hospitality

+ Ensure Restaurant Cleanliness to the standards of our Group


+ Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience required

+ Must hold valid driver's license and have reliable transportation

+ Must be able to work 50-55 hours per week

+ Must complete background check - criminal & credit

+ State Approved Food Handler certification required
