**BayCare Health System** is currently seeking a **RN -** **Charge Nurse** to join our outstanding and compassionate **Med/Surg Cardiac** unit at **St. Joseph's South Hospital. **Position Description:** **RN - Charge Nurse**
+ The RN - Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills. Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team
+ Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team. Is responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information
+ The Charge Nurse performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse

**Requirements:**
+ Registered Nurse license
+ BLS
+ 2 years RN acute care experience
+ Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
**Preferred:**
+ 1 year Leadership experience
+ Nurse Specialty
