We are looking for experienced Systems Engineers to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer in a fast paced, challenging and career rewarding experience. We are seeking a Java Spring developer for an enterprise web application servicing thousands of users. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

As a Systems Engineer, you will work as part of a small team and lead the full life cycle of on-going systems enhancements and bug fixes.

Responsibilities will include the following:

Providing a high quality, secure, and resilient infrastructure that supports the customer's business needs

Creating, modifying, and maintaining Windows Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for the enterprise (this includes updates based on security needs, user change requests, and internal performance adjustments)

Supporting cyber vulnerabilities, including comprehensive assessment and/or evaluation of information system policies, technical/non-technical security components, documentation, supplemental safeguards, policies, and vulnerabilities.

Recognizing and recommending new or emerging technology or software to satisfy functional requirements and processes

Providing highly technical and/or specialized guidance concerning automation solutions to complex information processing problems related to the subject field Performing quality control check planning, integration, validation of field deployment via applications, patches, security updates, and other customer deployments

Performing script verification checks, reviewing event logs, reviewing back logs, training, and documentation maintenance

Navigating in development and production systems for validation purposes of engineering scripts Providing technical guidance, training, and leadership for current and new operations and engineering personnel

Providing Tier 3 and Tier 4 technical support and leadership in a complex, mission critical Windows based environment

We are looking for candidates 0-3 years experience plus a bachelor's degree, Master's Degree preferred. Other requirements are listed below:

+ Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Skype, Exchange and Desktop

+ Tanium knowledge and experience

+ Windows 10 Strong experience with creating, modifying, maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting Windows Group Policy Objects (GPOs)

+ Hands-on experience with Microsoft System Configuration Manager (SCCM and MECM), MDT, and OSD deployment methods.

+ Experience in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell)

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory

+ Experience with VMWare and Hyper-V

+ Understanding of the engineering life cycle, including

+ requirements gathering, solutions design, testing, documentation, and implementation

+ Knowledgeable in multiple current technology areas, including client (thick and Thin) and server computer operating systems,

+ networking hardware, protocols, and administration and systems integration across multi-tiered highly security IT environments.

+ Solid troubleshooting skills

+ Ability to self-learn, act on own initiative, and work in a dynamic environment

+ Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks, while under pressure

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Strong customer service skills

+ Other duties as needed to support the mission
