Facilities Supervisor II

**Job Description**

Oversee repairs throught different areas of the facility to maintain production success. Will manage a PM program to allow for OA of equipment and to insure proper operations mechanically of equipment. Will manage 15 plus employees providing work orders, instructions and guidance to perform work to your direct reports. Will attend daily meetings with production to support production needs and planning of shutdowns as well as repairs. After hour work will sometime be needed to perform repairs as well as PM's. Holidays due to production shutdown may need to be worked for repairs that can only be performed during this time. This is a demanding role and fast reactions are needed to complete tasks and maintain equipment in a demanding environment.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Need minimum of 5 years as a supervisor managing an industial based maintenance shop

Supervised 15 or more individuals at one time

Have a high skill level within maintenance

Understanding of drawings, pumps, motors, piping, ETC

A maintenance background is required for this position

Experience with MAximo or other maintenenance driven software

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

Skillset with a maintenace trade through college or experience

10 years experience in maintenance

Experience with Maximo or other scheduling maintenance program

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $73778 - $125422
