STARTING RATE WITHOUT EXPERIENCE: $17.23 + ($2.25) SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL IF APPLICABLE

JOB SUMMARY

+ This position is responsible for assisting in the implementation of the care plan provided by the nursing team. This position provides basic care and interventions to designated patient populations. This position supports the operations of the patient care units through tasks delegated by the RN and through tasks assigned within their scope of practice. This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals, and direction of the Performance Improvement Process and Patient Safety Plan at Blessing Hospital.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

+ Education/Training/Experience:

+ REQUIRED:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Good verbal and written communication skills

+ C.N.A., EMT certification or completed first round of clinicals.

+ Pay Status:

+ NON-EXEMPT HOURLY
