PAY RATE: $32. 28 - $53.50 BASED ON RELEVANT EXPERIENCE + $4.50 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL IF APPLICABLE

The Labor and Delivery Nurse provides specialized, compassionate, equitable, and evidence-based nursing care to patients throughout the childbirth experience – from antepartum through delivery and postpartum recovery. The RN functions as a key member of the multidisciplinary team, supporting mothers, infants, and families while promoting a safe, positive and family centered birthing environment.

The role requires critical thinking and strong clinical assessment skills along with the ability to respond promptly to changes in maternal conditions while collaborating with our OB hospitalists, community physicians, midwives and ancillary departments to ensure safe, evidence based care.
