**Responsibilities**

Duties:

+ Under the direction of a physician, provides direct patient care including gathering detailed history and performing physical exams

+ Performs or orders tests and interprets results

+ Administers therapeutic procedures as directed

+ Instructs on care and maintains written charts and records on patients

+ Maintains appropriate manual and electronic records (EMR)

+ Outpatient Volume: 10 or more patient seen daily

+ Typical work week is Mon-Fri , 40 hours weekly, clinic only

**Qualifications**

**Minimum**

+ Graduate of an accredited program with a Master's degree in Nursing

+ Compact state or Arizona RN license

+ Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse license

+ National Certificate as an nurse practitioner in area of specialty under AZ regulations

+ Must possess strong interpersonal skills and effective verbal/written communication abilities

+ Must demonstrate effective task prioritization skills and independent problem solving abilities

+ Valid DEA registration

+ American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider

**Preferred**

+ PREFERRED: American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support

**Pay Range**

$42.00 - $72.00 /hour
