**Position Title:**

Utility

(Note: Utility is the full-time entry level position for new manufacturing associates)

**Pay Rate:**

$20.34/Hour (+ shift differential of $.25/hour working 2nd shift and $0.30/hour working 3rd shift)

**Sign On Bonus:**

$500 after 90 days,

$500 after 6 months,

$500 after 1 year and an additional bonus at 2 years

**Category/Shift:**

Hourly Full-Time. 2nd Shift and/or 3rd Shift

-The plant operates 24/5

-Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed; significant overtime may be needed during busy periods.

**The Job You Will Perform:**

+ Safely run machines and always follow all safety rules and practices.

+ Count and stack finished product.

+ Learn customer requirements and specifications by reading factory work orders, print cards, and design specifications.

+ Utilize basic shop math.

+ Accurately read tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment.

+ Coordinate activities with other machine crew members to efficiently set up and run orders.

+ Maintain quality and production standards as required by the company.

+ Continually monitor the quality and quantity of production.

+ Maintain housekeeping continually during the assigned shift.

+ Perform quality inspections and tests, and record findings; and

+ Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

**The Skills You Will Bring:**

+ Firsthand manufacturing/production work experience preferred.

+ Corrugated industry experience preferred.

+ Ability to identify quality defects and monitor the quality of production.

+ The ability to work in a demanding environment with minimal supervision.

+ The ability to accurately read a tape measure and use basic shop math.

+ The ability to accurately perform tasks after being explained and demonstrated, follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a member of a team.
