Applications Support

Accountable for implementing and maintaining a number of applications and shared technology data platforms that service various lines of business

Work in a team environment and responsible for leading efforts such as implementing production changes, communicating and interacting with lines of business on issues or outages, developing tools to streamline production support processes, providing resolutions to production issues, guiding junior members in troubleshooting problems, among other responsibilities.

Provide Level-1 and Level-2 support for critical production incidents and research operational inquiries from business partners. Partner with Operations and Application Development to identify and remediate deficiencies in application functionality, stability, performance and risk audit compliance.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

+ BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

+ Proven expertise in application development and support environment with more than one technology and multiple design techniques

+ Advanced knowledge of development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software

+ Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming (Jules, Oracle, SQL Server, Linux, Python, .Net, C++, etc.)

+ Understanding of risk controls and compliance to departmental and company-wide standards

+ Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
