JOB SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Dietary (Nutritional Services) leadership, prepares and mixes ingredients for salads, fruit cups, beverages and main entry.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Training/Experience:

REQUIRED:

+ Good verbal communication skills

PREFERRED:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

Previous Hospital and/or food service experience

License/Certifications/Special Requirements:

+ Current Illinois Sanitation License must be obtained within first 90 days.
