Come join us As a CRM Tester (Analyst) within our Business Applications – Customer Engagement practice, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions delivered to our clients. In this role, you’ll work closely with Test Leads, Functional Architects, and Business Analysts to design, execute, and manage functional testing activities across agile project lifecycles. You’ll help translate user stories and functional designs into effective test scenarios, execute test scripts during sprint testing, and partner with technical and functional teams to identify, triage, and resolve defects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their consulting career who is detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about delivering high‑quality CRM solutions. Key responsibilities Test design and preparation Review user stories and functional design documentation to understand business and system requirements Design clear, comprehensive test scenarios and test cases using Azure DevOps Collaborate with Test Leads and functional team members to ensure test coverage aligns with requirements Test execution and defect management Execute functional test scripts during sprint and regression testing cycles Log defects clearly and accurately in Azure DevOps Participate in defect triage sessions with functional and technical teams Retest resolved defects and validate fixes Test tracking and reporting Maintain test execution status and defect tracking in Azure DevOps Support test reporting and provide visibility into test progress and quality risks
