Initiate and maintain employer relationships with major employers and corporate and organizational partners in the FirstHealth service area. Functions as the primary contact for employers in assigned region. Identifies and communicate to appropriate persons, referral source needs and business opportunities to include both the employer and assigned communities. Works with Director, Innovation and Strategic Partnerships to create outreach services plan for assigned employers/regions with measurable goals and objectives. Maintains current knowledge of FHC system and services. Facilitates and coordinates with other FHC staff to best maximize field time. Identifies and address service recovery needs with documented resolution back to the source of the need. Facilitates new employer visits with appropriate FHC members dependent upon employer needs. Collaborates with clients and Director, Innovation and Strategic Partnerships to recommend value add services FHC can provide for community. Identifies appropriate community and chamber events to promote FHC and collaborate with Corporate Communications, Liaisons and FHC staff and community partners as needed. Assists Director, Innovation and Strategic Partnerships with new service feasibility, design, and start-up. Updates company information in appropriate EMR as clients expand/alter services needed. Generates monthly report detailing business generated from new and existing contracts in Occupational Health EMR. Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, marketing or equivalent required.3+ years experience in healthcare sales/marketing//finance/strategy, or occupational health required. Knowledge of local and regional markets and business relationships desirable. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required Additional clinical license, certification, experience desirable.
