We are passionate about developing and delivering best in class _security_ operations. The threat landscape is significant, ever expanding, and challenging to stay in front of. We set the bar for _security_ of our PKI operations very high. Maintaining our _security_ standards to meet certification audits is challenging. We need individuals with significant _security_ engineering skills to help us meet these challenges. Experience managing PKI services and devices is a critical success factor to overcoming them. Using scripting tools such as PowerShell to automate software deployment and environment configuration is a key element of success. Additionally, one will also need to demonstrate soft skills like attention to details, following explicit _security_ procedures, high integrity, discretion, and collaboration.
**Responsibilities**
• Operate PKI services for roots, CAs and certificates throughout their lifecycle
• Deploy, initiate, and manage PKI hardware and supporting assets
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery exercises
• Perform technical analysis and _security_ engineering activities
• Document, maintain, and train others on PKI standards and procedures
• Automate processes using scripting and other methods to support PKI services
• Support secure facility maintenance activities

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ 3+ years of experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, modeling, cyber security, anomaly detection, Security Operations Center (SOC) detection, threat analytics, security incident and event management (SIEM), information technology (IT), and operations incident response
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government _security_ screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized _security_ screenings:
Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local United States government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport, or other approved documents, or verified US government clearance.
Microsoft Cloud Background Check. This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, modeling, cyber security, and anomaly detection
+ OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
+ CISSP, CISA, CISM, SANS, GCIA, GCIH, OSCP, and/or Security+ certification.
Security Operations Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
