Infiltrator Water Technologies (IWT) is a market leader within the onsite wastewater treatment industry, Infiltrator manufactures a variety of revolutionary products and innovative, environmentally friendly alternatives to traditional stone and pipe leachfield and concrete septic wastewater system components. IWT is a wholly owned subsidiary of Advanced Drainage Systems (ticker: WMS, NYSE).

The majority of our products are produced almost entirely from recycled resins. Infiltrator’s recycling operation is among the country’s top twenty producers / consumers of recycled resins and among only a few of whom consume 100% of that resin in the finished products produced. Infiltrator operates some of largest molding machines and robotics producing the largest plastic molded parts in the world. EZflow by Infiltrator is the leading provider of synthetic aggregate leach-field and drainage systems. All EZflow products are made of 95% recycled material, making us a leader in the use of "green materials". In regard to energy, the production and installation of our wastewater treatment systems consumes 85 percent less electricity and emits 40 percent less carbon than conventional systems. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Lead by Example and ensure all employees maintain a safe work environment.

+ Make changes to the machine process and material blends.

+ Assist in developing an efficient process to meet daily goals as described above.

+ Required to document and control processes for pipe extrusion operations.

+ Main functions of the job are to use electrical, mechanical, diagnostics, to troubleshoot and repair extrusion machine and support equipment.

+ Evaluate extrusion operations and improve cycle time and efficiency where possible.

+ Support, troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery to support operations of the facility and production processes.

+ Perform process troubleshooting and perform machine adjustment to assist the production department with processing of quality parts.

+ Assist supervisor with training of direct labor and other interested staff members.

+ Performs special projects as assigned.

+ Performs all preventative and scheduled maintenance on equipment.

+ Performs repairs of emergency breakdowns.

+ Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.

+ Must be able and qualified to perform autonomous maintenance on equipment.

+ Complete tasks as assigned by plant manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Ability to work various shifts if needed.

+ Strong knowledge of extrusion process and material blending.

+ Strong knowledge of extrusion pipe manufacturing processes.

+ Previous experience in the troubleshooting and repair of plastics processing equipment.

+ Experience with industrial, electrical, and mechanical.

+ Ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.

+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels.

+ Lead in a team-based environment where problem-solving and employee empowerment are keys to success.

+ High School diploma or equivalent.

+ Must have forklift experience.

QUALIFICATIONS (preferred):

+ Trade specific certifications for any or all the technical requirements.

+ Knowledge of and ability to support an organization with ISO14001 Certification.

+ Ability to work in various climate conditions including hot and cold weather.

+ ISO knowledge is a plus.

+ Kaizen experience is a plus.

+ Six Sigma is a plus.

+ Basic computer skills are a plus.

+ Must have reliable transportation.

+ Must be willing/able to travel on a limited basis for additional off sight training or vendor/supplier meetings.

The schedule for this position is 3rd shift: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
