**Orthopedic Surgery Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – Adult Reconstruction**

**Overview**

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking an **Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)** to join our **Orthopedic Surgery team** specializing in **Adult Reconstruction** at our **Palm Coast campus** . This position supports our growing orthopedic service line within the **Flagler/St. Johns Market** , delivering comprehensive musculoskeletal care to a high-volume community of patients requiring total joint replacement and related procedures.

This is a **newly created, full-time position** joining an experienced and mission-driven team aligned with the **AdventHealth Orthopedic Institute** .

**Practice Details**

+ **Location:** 61 Memorial Medical Parkway, Suite 2801, Palm Coast, FL 32164

+ **Primary Campus:** AdventHealth Palm Coast

+ **Secondary Coverage:** AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway (Call Coverage)

+ **Supervising Physician:** Dr. Panwar

**Responsibilities**

+ Provide pre-operative and post-operative management for orthopedic patients with a focus on **adult reconstruction and total joint replacement** .

+ Assist in the **operating room** , including first assist duties for orthopedic procedures.

+ Conduct **clinical evaluations** , diagnostic testing, and treatment planning for musculoskeletal conditions.

+ Collaborate with attending physicians, other APPs, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.

+ Participate in **call coverage** and share responsibility for inpatient and outpatient orthopedic care across Palm Coast campuses.

+ Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with AdventHealth standards and protocols.

**Qualifications**

+ **Education:** Master's Degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant Studies

+ **Experience:** 0–2 years (new graduates welcome to apply)

+ **Training/Skills:** Adult Reconstruction focus; operating room experience preferred

+ **Certification:** Current national certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)

+ **Licensure:** Active or eligible Florida NP/PA license

+ **Additional Skills:**

+ Strong anatomy and physiology knowledge

+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

+ Mission-aligned, compassionate, and patient-centered care approach

+ Any second language is a plus
