CHI Health has an amazing opportunity to add a Clinic LPN Scheduler to our GI team located at our CUMC-Bergan Campus / Service Center off of 77th & Mercy!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-430p, NO weekends, NO holidays & NO call!

Are you a highly organized LPN who excels at coordinating complex schedules while keeping a calm, positive attitude? Do you love the satisfaction of a perfectly orchestrated day? Our fast-paced Gastroenterology Clinic is seeking a skilled LPN Procedure Scheduler to be the maestro of our scheduling, ensuring a smooth, harmonious experience for our patients and providers.

**Scheduling and Coordinating Procedure Appointments:**

+ Scheduling procedure appointments for patients to include:

+ Creating (from template) instructions from a completed questionnaire.

+ Enter medication for the upcoming procedure (when needed).

+ Other duties as assigned.

**Verifying Patient Information:**

+ Confirming patient demographics, insurance information, and other relevant details.

+ Communicating with Patients and Healthcare Teams:

+ Communicating appointment details, handling inquiries, and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

**Managing Pre-procedure calls and Reminders:**

+ Creating, and sending out patient instructions for the scheduled procedure.

+ During the pre-procedure call, they will review patients instructions ensuring patients receive necessary information for the scheduled procedure.

**Job Requirements**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program

+ Current LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board

+ Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association

+ Completion of IV Therapy Course

**Pay Range**

$20.86 - $29.46 /hour
