Product Growth Analyst

**Required Skills:**

Product Growth Analyst Responsibilities:

1. Apply expertise in psychology, quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how users interact with both consumer and business products.

2. Identify the opportunities most important for growth, to remove barriers for product adoption, retention, engagement, and/or monetization, and partner with growth focused engineering teams to execute on projects based on user-behavior trends identified to accelerate the growth and adoption of Meta Platforms, Inc. products in all markets served.

3. Understand user behaviors, funnels, ecosystems, and long-term trends in the adoption of our products to identify opportunities for step- changes in growth.

4. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products based on user behavior and monitor the health of product adoption in markets served.

5. Communicate the state of experiment results and business opportunities to product teams.

6. Lead direct response communication efforts with users and potential users of Meta Platforms, Inc. products

7. choosing the best targeting, channel, and message to drive product adoption.

8. Influence and inform product teams through presentation of data-based recommendations based on user behavior.

9. Use experience in psychology and user-behavior studies to lead the product understanding process using data to identify opportunities to remove friction and accelerate growth and market adoption of our products.

10. Lead the ideation and execution of product changes that drive growth based on user behavior, partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Content Strategy and Data Science.

11. Drive consensus and prioritize the road-map of the growth-focused engineering team to drive a ruthless focus on the most impactful ideas.

12. Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Statistics, Survey Research, or a related field and two years of work experience in the job offered or in a quantitative, technical, or computer-related occupation. Requires 24 months of experience in the following:

14. 1. Product optimization or growth best practices

15. 2. Analyzing customer data using MS Excel including Pivot tables, MATCH, INDEX, VLOOKUP, ANOVA, T-test, and Regression Analysis

16. 3. Statistical modeling techniques including hypothesis testing, descriptive analysis, time series analysis, predictive modeling, marketing mix modeling, RFM analysis, clustering, and automation

17. 4. Test structure, strategy, and analysis for AB testing and long-term impact measurement

18. 5. Product optimization for outbound communication channels

19. 6. Manipulating data sets through statistical software using advanced SQL and visualizing data findings using Tableau and MS Excel tools

20. 7. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products

21. 8. Performing audits and analysis to identify opportunities to remove friction and accelerate product-growth and market adoption.

**Public Compensation:**

$171,500/year to $213,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits
