**What You Will Achieve**

This is a role that requires financial expertise to undertake economic research and study the prevalent rates of return, depreciation, working capital and investment of various entities in the income statement to analyze the profit and loss statements. Your findings and recommendations will be presented to the Pfizer management team. You will develop and maintain operational specifications for financial information systems after considering the information flow, volume and document format for the data processing equipment. You will also provide business development analysis and monitor business performance.

As a Senior Associate, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.

**How You Will Achieve It**

+ Contribute to the completion of projects.

+ Develop plans for short-term work activities on own projects (timelines, work plans, deliverables) within a team.

+ Direct the periodic preparation and analysis of financial forecasts.

+ Identify and manage continuous process improvement initiatives and drive strategic regional and functional initiatives.

+ Assist in the completion of period reporting packages and analysis ensuring data accuracy.

**Role Summary**

The PGS Financial Planning & Analysis team supports the entire PGS network in the areas of

forecasting, budgeting and reporting, interacting with the site Finance teams on a daily basis. The

primary purpose of this position is to support the PGS Finance Operations Support team in these

areas, while also providing additional project-related support to the Financial Planning & Analysisteam.

**Role Responsibilities**

• Support Operating Unit Finance Leaders in the management of their manufacturing sites and site

Finance teams

• Review and consolidate financial operating results

• Review and consolidate site forecasts, ensuring accuracy and completion of the submissions

• Perform ad-hoc analyses, financial modeling and variance analyses as required by the Operating

Unit Finance Leaders

• Develop Operations Support presentations

• Assist in the development and execution of the PGS operating plan process, including the

consolidation of the overall budget data and the validation of statistical costs

• Participate in PGS Finance's continuous improvement strategic initiatives

• Support the quarterly and annual audits of PGS Above-Site Finance's reporting processes

• Assist in the development of the API and DPWIP cost communications to the PGS sites

• Support the creation of the Drug Product Cost Communication to the commercial businesses

• Manage the Type-99 cost change process

• Other projects/assignments as directed by Financial Planning and Analysis Lead and Operating.

**Basic Qualifications:**

• B.S. in Finance or Accounting

• 3-5 years work experience required

• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines and to interact with senior levels of personnel

within the organization

• The core systems used (but prior knowledge is not required) include SAP, Hyperion Financial

Management, Hyperion Planning, and GMX (Global Markup Exchange)

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Graduate/advanced degree or equivalent

• Prior exposure to operations finance and systems

• SmartView experience a plus

**PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS**

• Sitting, walking, ability to perform mathematical calculations and ability to perform complexdata analysis.

• Work Location Assignment: hybrid schedule of at least 2 - 3 days in person on

premise, depending on business needs.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $88,300.00 to $147,100.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. * The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $79,500.00 to $132,500.00.
