Senior Business Execution Consultant

**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

+ Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations

+ Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business

+ Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

+ Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

+ Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

+ Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

+ 2+ years of experience in Information Technology

+ 2+ years of experience in Process oriented skills like Documentation creation/maintenance (Process and Procedures, Job Aids and project management tools)

+ 2+ years of experience in IT Project coordination skills like Planning and scheduling, Task prioritization, identifying risks/issues, Preparing PowerPoint presentations, Large meeting preparation: Agenda and Meeting Summary

+ Adaptable, innovative and detail-oriented

+ Responsible for managing several key deliverables simultaneously (various sizes of documents)

+ Member of a diverse and fast-paced team requiring strong time management skills and a sense of urgency to meet numerous deadlines

+ Tools: Kanban Jira, MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ Experience in Business, Technology or Cyber Resiliency Exercises (planning and participation)

+ Controls experience (development and/or execution and artifacts) and or Risk Management/Audit exposure

+ Looking for Project management skills and a Self-starter

+ Experience in Business continuity, enterprise risk management or disaster recovery

+ Disciplined to solve problems, with the ability to resolve issues and drive solutions that create win-win situations

+ Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills with both Business and Technical resources

+ Experience in Banking technology preferred

+ Tools: Visio

**Job Expectations:**

+ Ability to occasionally work outside of regular business hours

+ Ability to occasionally travel to other business locations 10% of the time

+ This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

**Pay Range:**

+ New York, NY Pay Range: 100,800.00 - 179,200.00 USD Annually

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$84,000.00 - $179,200.00
