Production Coordinator

As an Onsite Production Coordinator, you will provide hands-on support to Production, Merchandise, and Client teams as required, to the assigned client(s), under the direction of the Senior Producer. This role is highly collaborative and operationally focused, ensuring seamless coordination of merchandise, studio operations, and on-set production needs.

You will play a key role in maintaining organization, quality control, and communication across teams to help bring client projects to life.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Merchandise Coordination

+ Collaborate with merchandise and client representatives to manage the organization and flow of products entering and exiting the studio

+ Track and maintain detailed product lists by style numbers and color codes

+ Provide accurate merchandise status reports as needed

+ Locate, vet, and reconcile product samples on an ongoing basis

+ Oversee styling assistants to ensure product accuracy and tagging integrity

Inventory & Asset Management

+ Check product samples before and after photo shoots to ensure quality and accuracy

+ Support maintenance and organize of merchandise closets and storage areas under the direction of the Merchandise team

+ Track and reconcile inventory lists regularly

+ Enter and maintain data in the Production Resource Management systems

Production Support

+ Support studio operations during active shoot days, including meal coordination, café orders, and maintaining studio organization

+ Organize, pack, ship, and receive samples, props, and supplies for photo shoots

+ Monitor merchandise flow and quality throughout the lifecycle of production

+ Troubleshoot studio and workflow issues, escalating to the Senior Producer and client representative as needed

Basic Qualifications

+ Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or fashion merchandise management, inventory or related field

Preferred Qualifications

+ Associate degree preferred, minimum High School diploma required

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Ability to multi-task several projects and prioritize by importance while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy

+ Proactive problem-solver with strong follow-through

+ Collaborative team player with a client-focused mindset

+ Experience in production, merchandising, retail, or studio environments preferred

+ K nowledge of clothing and/or accessory fabrications and maintenance

+ Self-starter with proven ability to both work independently and partner in a team environment

+ Computer and data entry skills a must, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel

+ Physically able to climb a ladder and lift 50 pounds

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
