Our People Function is responsible for partnering with the business to help solve complex organizational challenges, while ensuring we have the right people in the right function, helping us drive results and grow our business. We are currently seeking an Analyst to support our Organizational Design & Analysis agenda.
+ Establish and maintain the organization and workforce data model
+ Manage organization and workforce data and systems
+ Maintain master data: one version of the truth for organization design and planning
+ Maintain data management systems
+ Provide data to meet analysis requirements
+ Undertake analysis to support the insight requirements of the OP&A team members
+ Maintain data security and protect data sensitivity through access rights, controls and permissions
+ 2-4 years' experience in HR function
+ Experience working with data and systems
+ You’re driven and have the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with proven analytical, influential and negotiation skills.
+ We look for leaders who are naturally ambitious, self-aware, hungry to learn, proactive workers, and analytical.
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ Open to future relocation for developmental and promotional opportunities preferred.
+ Ability to work with people at all levels of the company and influence the decision process.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
+ Experience with PowerBI is a plus
