LPN - Behavioral Health

BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an **LPN** to join our outstanding and compassionate team in **Pasco County!** This is a field-based role.

+ **Facility:** BayCare Behavioral Health Urgent Care

+ **Location:** Pasco County

+ **Status:** Full-Time, Exempt: No

+ **Shift Hours:** varies, typically 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

+ **Weekend Work:** None

+ **On Call:** No

**The LPN :**

+ **Utilizes the nursing process:** assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating to achieve the goals of nursing practice.

+ Will be familiar with medical clearance guidelines and act as the liaison with physicians and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners.

+ Will coordinate and complete all admissions in a timely manner inclusive of nurse- to nurse reports, triages, treatment plans, medication management and all related documentation.

+ Will complete tasks as assigned by the RN charge nurse.

**Required Certifications and Licensures:**

+ LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

+ BLS (Basic Life Support)

**Required Education:**

+ High School or Equivalent

+ Associates in Nursing - preferred

**Experience:**

+ 1 year behavioral health preferred

+ 1 year in nursing preferred
