BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced a **Behavioral Health Pool RNs** to join our outstanding and compassionate team in **New Port Richey, FL** !

**The Behavioral Health Clinical Nurse Department Pool I is responsible for:**

+ Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.

+ Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.

+ Professional accountability and development.

**Position Details:**

+ **Location:** Statewide Inpatient Psychiatric Program(SIPP)(children/adolescent)

+ **Status:** Pool

+ **Non-Exempt:** No

+ **Schedule:** 8-hour shifts

+ **Shift:** Varies

+ **Weekend Work:** Occasional

+ **On Call:** No

**Required Certifications and Licensures:**

+ BLS (Basic Life Support)

+ RN (Registered Nurse)

+ Nurse Specialty – preferred

**Required Education** :

+ Required Associate's or Diploma in Nursing

+ Preferred Bachelor's in Nursing

**Experience:**

+ Required 2 years RN experience in an Acute Care Setting
