$70,316.80 - $116,023.20

**PRIMARY PURPOSE:**

This role supports the MGM Resorts International Core Shared Systems supporting Access Services for Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS Service, IP Address Management functions across the globe. This is a critical core service supporting the MGM Resorts International cloud and on-premises systems access methodology, therefore extremely important to support critical business operations. The Senior Hybrid Cloud Directory Services Engineer role is responsible for configuration, management, administration of the core services systems for access methodologies. This function is specifically responsible for ensuring high availability, redundancy, and integrity of access to all systems in the environment. Additionally, this role is responsible for development of automation processes which ensure that access is provided and maintained efficiently and effectively to meet core business needs of the organization. Other critical functions include securing core infrastructure systems services, with an emphasis on protecting Active Directory & Azure AD environments from internal and external threats. Core systems services include Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, DNS Services, InfoBlox IP Address Management, DHCP, etc. as well as integrations of MFA & SSO solutions.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Provide planning, design, development, engineering, integration, and operational support for Directory Services platforms (Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, DNS environments) across the enterprise. This includes the development and implementation of new solutions and supporting continuous improvement efforts across Directory Services platforms.

+ Perform Directory Services platform (Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, DNS environments) management, in a multi-forest domain environment. This includes implementation and design services for Microsoft Active Directory & Azure AD/Entra ID in a Microsoft Windows-based enterprise, including future identity management solutions.

+ Support strategic planning, execution, and management for the build and deployment of Directory Services systems. This includes plans around Merger and Acquisition integration strategies.

+ Manage and support multiple enterprise internal and external DNS systems. This includes implementation, and design services for Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based systems across the enterprise (multi-domain environment), including directory and future identity management solutions.

+ Participate in Active Directory health and Security assessments and implement mitigation strategies around findings. Submit recommendations for use of Directory Services tools for multiple operating system environments and implement as approved.

+ Provide support to compliance and operational organizations to ensure all regulatory requirements meet compliance guidelines. Participate in Architecture Boards providing the best guidance for the supported platforms.

+ Participate in vulnerability management processes per security standards including supporting the required processes and procedures in support of security standards This includes monitoring and identifying security risks and vulnerabilities to our Directory Services platform and recommends and implemented mitigation actions.

+ Participate in 24 x 7 On-Call rotation as scheduled.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in related field, OR 4 years equivalent experience

+ 3+ years Microsoft Active Directory administration experience (On-Premises, Azure AD/Entra ID, Office 365) Group Policy, Exchange, DNS in a medium to large scale mutli-domain environment.

+ Experience following ITIL guidelines, including change management, incident and problem management

+ Experience using scripting languages like PowerShell
