**Job Summary:**

JOB SUMMARY

Manages personnel within the Parking and Transportation Department. Ensures all systems, equipment and supplies are maintained and functioning efficiently and safely.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages parking programs for patients, visitors and staff.

• Manages preventative maintenance requirements for equipment and facilities.

• Ensures all regulations and guidelines are correctly followed.

• Investigates all accidents and injuries ensuring all forms are completed and submitted.

• Establishes quality customer service guidelines. Resolves escalated complaints and issues.
