Job Responsibilities
This position responsibilities in the HR Systems/Operational Excellence area include, but are not limited to system administration/build, Strategy, review, enhancement, implementation and maintenance, and data analytics. The role will serve as a collaborative expert resource to the HR COE’s (Centers of Excellence) and myHR Service Center. Role also has Operational Excellence responsibilities for HR. Responsible for evaluating processes related to the system(s) assigned to them and the COE/Service Center processes. Adhoc reporting, rollout of customer data tools. And other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
+ Project Management Skills required
+ MS office skills required including Excel, Access and Word (Microsoft Certification a plus)
+ Report writing skills required
+ Strong understanding of HR processes
+ System Administration experience
+ Strong communication skills
+ Minimum 5 years’ experience with system administration, data generation and analysis
+ HR and HR Systems experience preferred
+ Confidentiality
+ Strong collaboration tools
