The HR Analyst is responsible for:

+ This position provides support for the Benefits area of human resources for Kettering Health.

+ This position will be responsible for assisting employees with health and welfare benefits and ensuring compliance.

+ Other responsibilities include audit review, research and troubleshooting, and working closely with our mutliple vendors with a strong customer service emphasis.

Job Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience required.

+ SHRM Certification preferred.
