Supply Chain IT: Portfolio Manager

**Job Description**

The Supply Chain IT Portfolio Manager will be responsible and accountable for the management of program structures that align to the Supply Chain strategy that maximize business value and outcomes for Intel. This role shall lead via a cross-functional highly matrixed team, composed of IT functional leads, technical leads, and program managers - guiding them through value delivery program planning, execution, risk and performance management.

In this role, the expectations and responsibilities will be to:

+ Manage the full portfolio of Supply Chain IT projects, ensuring that projects meet their milestones and deliver the expected business value, while addressing risks as needed. Manage cross-project dependencies and prioritizations, working with business partners to focus on the highest priorities.

+ Support and maintain program level governance control procedures for the complete value delivery lifecycle, while evolving and maturing the framework as it pertains to IT strategy, BU strategy, IT organizational decision-making structures, and program decision making structures.

+ Enable Supply Chain and partnering IT and BU organizations to establish and adopt the formalized Value Delivery Framework process for measuring and monitoring the value realization and fit to objectives and strategy.

+ Reinforce culture and environment where the Supply Chain leadership team champions enterprise agile practices, remove organizational impediments, and identify ways to help support program teams, while driving key decisions for ratification at the leadership level.

+ Responsible for continuous risk assessment and enforcement of effective and timely solutions required to mitigate risks that could impede the successful delivery of the business outcomes.

+ Identify trends and improvement opportunities across the portfolio, highlighting proposed action plans to senior management.

+ Communicate and set expectations of program teams in alignment to standards, expectations, and timelines inclusive of IT's program management office.

+ Develop and mature ops reviews with partner BU organizations for transparency, trust and pushing for operational excellence with our partners.

+ Ensure that the overall Supply Chain IT portfolio stays on budget for Grow projects.

+ Strong stakeholder management with experience influencing and leveraging cross group talent and relationships to achieve goals.

+ Strong and effective communication skills, with experience up-leveling information based on the audience.

+ Experience with organizational finance and operations.

+ Desire to learn, lead and continually improve through ambiguity.

+ Self-motivated and ability to take on additional responsibilities over time to contribute to the broader success of the organization.

**Qualifications**

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

**Minimum Qualifications**

The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering or other related field and 10+ years of experience in:

+ Technical Program Management and Software Development/Management practices

+ Portfolio manager experience including enterprise and supply chain applications, in addition to digital transformation

+ Leadership experience managing cross-IT/BU and engagement via forums, steering committees, communications, while driving accountability to action

+ Organizational financial and operations leadership experience

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $131,841.00-$210,951.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

**Working Model**

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
