The primary focus of this position is developing, implementing and supporting operations, programs and events of the MGM Resorts Foundation (the “Foundation”) including: fundraising; pledge/database management system; preparation of reports (e.g., pledge/giving reports, reconciliations, etc.); organizing special events.


+ Supports of all aspects of the Foundation’s operations, including: fundraising; management of our Foundation pledge/database management system; preparation of reports (e.g., pledge/giving reports, reconciliations, etc.)

+ Prepares Foundation reports on a regular and as assigned basis and maintains relevant Foundation data and statistics

+ Administration of the Employee Emergency Fund

+ Takes an active role in execution of the annual Foundation fundraising campaign, and on-going outreach and communications plans to motivate employee investment in our communities

+ Plans and executes all aspects of Foundation-sponsored events and programs

+ Administers specified aspects of the Foundation Giving Program, including research of potential program initiatives; due diligence regarding potential donees; evaluation of donee programs; and assessment of social value and impact of Foundation contributions

+ Executes the Foundation’s community grant program and supports the employee Community Grant Councils in each of the MGM Resorts regions; preparation of reports; arrangement of Council site visits to grantee non-profit agencies

+ Perform other job-related duties as requested


+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Two (2)+ years of prior relevant experience


+ Bachelor's degree

+ 2+ years experience in non-profit administration, fundraising or project management planning

+ Prior experience with management of database information systems, including the preparation of customized reports

+ Able to communicate effectively in Spanish, in both written and oral forms


+ Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
