Entertainment Security Ambassador - T-Mobile (Corporate)

The Entertainment Event Security position’s primary function is access control of employees and guests and to provide professional, polished Guest Service duties for the Entertainment Department. This position reports directly to the Security Supervisor and Security Manager. The Steward will proactively greet and direct guests and clients in all assigned areas of the venue and facility, conducting suite inspections, and responding to guests’ questions, comments, and concerns. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.


+ Maintains an alert, positive, welcoming, and approachable demeanor.

+ Monitor assigned areas of the venue and property controlling access as directed.

+ Provide outstanding, professional guest service to all guests, vendors and employees.

+ Respond to complaints and issues involving guests, as directed, and assist in resolution

+ Complete all assigned tasks within the guidelines & deadlines set by Security Manager and Supervisors.

+ Maintains up-to-date knowledge and understanding of each post, daily operating procedures, and the facility’s emergency operating procedures; executes on those established procedures as required. - Conducts patrols of venue or staffs assigned post.

+ Assists with event security as required or directed by Security Manager and Security department.

+ Responds to emergencies as necessary or as directed, rendering aid and assistance as required and in accordance with established public safety policies and procedures.

+ Maintains a high level of situational awareness and diligence to duties. Takes action to immediately correct and / or immediately report suspicious activity and potential threats as required by the Security Department.

+ Maintain a fun, friendly, and safe environment in assigned areas.

+ Communicate and make recommendations to the Security Manager and Supervisors regarding issues that may require further attention

+ Successfully attend and pass all recurring mandatory legal, defensive tactics, first aid, CPR/AED response simulation, and other training, as well as physical requirements, as a condition of employment.

+ Perform all other duties as assigned


+ Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience, preferably in a sports/entertainment venue environment

+ High School diploma or equivalent


+ Prior law enforcement and/or military experience

+ Previous experience working in a similar environment
