As a Games Operator, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create **WOW** memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Greet guests and provide guest service
+ Maintain a friendly, courteous and helpful disposition towards guests and fellow employees at all times
+ Encourage arcade game play to guests and knowledgably answer any questions
+ Ensure games are cleaned, adequately equipped and ready for guest use
+ Enforce game rules and ensure appropriate prizes are awarded
+ Maintain proper security of all prizes
+ Assist in opening and closing procedures
+ Assist with transporting department deliveries from the warehouse to storage areas and the restocking of game prizes
+ Receive cash and disburse change
+ Perform other job‐related duties as requested
