Casino Strategic Account Manager

We are searching for a Casino Account and Project Manager at our Las Vegas facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

The Casino Strategic Account Manager's responsibility is primarily to assist the Casino Sales Representatives in managing and growing their client base as well as monitor and maintain existing customer relationships. This will be done by performing various administrative tasks such as placing orders, gathering information and communicating with customers and internal departments, submitting jobs and creating spreadsheets. This position requires taking an active role in maintaining positive customer relations.

  • Attentively answer in-bound phone calls to provide assistance and deliver superior customer care.
  • Enter orders for shipment and maintain inventory levels of stocked products by notifying customers when items need to be replenished.
  • Gather and verify job details such as artwork, payment and ship methods, client accounting needs and delivery date to accurately enter job information.
  • Generate and maintain reports and data.
  • Track orders and jobs in the system and perform any necessary follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure jobs are being processed and are on schedule.
  • Send Thank You cards and tracking information to customers as well as place follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Make outbound phone calls to customers to check on usage or need for product reorder.
  • Aid the PLI Collections Department as needed to obtain payment due on outstanding Invoices.
  • Assist supervisor and sales representatives with general customer service questions within department.
  • Working extensively within SalesForce to manage daily tasks and enter and update customer information.
  • Perform these and other duties as assigned by supervisor or appropriate management personnel.

Education:

  • Associate Degree or two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter, organized, and able to multi-task.
  • A strong attention to detail is a requirement for this role.
  • Proficient in use of a personal computer including Microsoft office applications.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and travel on a limited basis.
