+ **Shift Hours:** 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

+ **Weekend Work:** Every 3rd

+ **Home visits** in assigned service area: Largo, St Petersburg, Pinellas Park, Seminole, and surrounding areas based on home zip code.

The Home Health Field, **Physical Therapist Assistant** provides **hands-on care** in the home for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols. **Responsibilities include** :

+ Assist Physical Therapists with the administration of interventions utilized in physical therapy and rehabilitation. May progress patients in the treatment plan developed by the physical therapist.

**Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements** :

+ Associates Degree Physical Therapy

+ Physical Therapist Assistant State of Florida License

+ 2 Years Physical Therapist Assistant experience

+ Basic Life Support

+ Driver's License (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)
