Ortho Services Line Administrator- Administration
Full Time, 80 Hours Per Pay Period, Shift: Day
The Service Line Administrator is responsible for setting the overall direction, strategic development and operational achievement of orthopedic services and for the delivery of quality, compassionate, and culturally competent services to individuals, families, groups and communities. Collaborates with organizational leaders and manages interdependencies across the facility to design and provide patient care and services including development of patient care programs, establishment of standards of practice, standards of patient care, and policies and procedures. Participates with leaders from the medical staff, management, and clinical areas in planning, prioritizing, promoting, and conducting organization-wide performance assessment and improvement activities.
Bachelor's Degree required. Master's degree preferred.
Three (3) years' minimum in a management role.
Preference given to candidates with up to five (5) years progressive experience in multidisciplinary surgical areas including orthopedics.
