The Manager, Grant Accounting will provide financial advice, analysis, and leadership by serving as a technical expert and liaison between operations managers/ directors and financial services. Works closely with other teams such as Grants, Business Intelligence, Accounting, Reimbursement, Tax, Payor Relations, and Supply Chain, to develop and package products and services catered to meet the specific needs of Financial and Operations Reporting at Ballad Health. Ensures the effective and timely delivery of quality financial information products and services to Ballad Health customers. Assist in creation of a training program to further develop staff members in the various analyst and accounting positions. Integrate the use of financial data in the overall decision-making processes of the organization. Support the organization's strategy through effective implementation of financial processes. Manages and directs SEFA reporting and grant accounting.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field required. Master's degree strongly preferred. Five (5) years' experience in finance or accounting. Background in healthcare consulting or financial analysis is strongly preferred.
