Office Manager - Milieu

**Being an Office Manager for Milieu at Devereux has its Advantages**

You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need.

Some duties include, but not limited to:

+ The incumbent will work closely with the Milieu Director and will have responsibility for the coordination of client care support services. Assists in the delivery of quality treatment services in a manner thatmaximizes effective utilization of resources and cost control. Demonstrates independent judgment and knowledge of client daily needs, have an understanding of Devereux procedures and licensing requirements to help with audits. Develops and maintains effective systems that enhance communication, safety and regulatory expectations. Responsible for understanding client to staff ratios, regulatory guidelines and providing administrative services to milieu management. Knowledge of Microsoft applications and ability to learn/use Devereux applications (Profiler, Radar, Kronos, and Oracle) is a must. Ability to review processes and systems and conduct periodic audit to ensure compliance.

**This is an Exempt position.**

**Starting pay is $43,484/Yr w/extra $$$ for education and experience above the minimum requirements.**

+ Minimum of H.S. diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.


+ Three (3) or more years of experience working either as an Office Manager in the healthcare setting or other related field.

+ Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, behavioral or medical office environment with minimal supervision.

+ Excellent computer skills and proficiency with new programs

+ Valid Driver's License

+ At least 21 years of age

+ Able to pass background checks and Drug Screen
