SCOPE OF POSITION
The RN - Manager, Business Health is responsible for scheduling, implementation and evaluation of the on-site Wellness Nurse program with businesses. Serves as the clinical liaison between Ballad Health and businesses. Will work closely with Business Health Services to staff sites and/or organize and provide onsite health fairs, flu clinics, etc. May include on-site wellness office set-up, including medical supplies and office supplies per contract negotiation. Responsible for development, dissemination and ongoing review of policy, procedures, forms, special events at worksite, such as health fairs, flu clinics, presentations, monthly calendars, and screenings. Makes regular visits to on-site nurses and sites as specified in contract and as needed. Assists Director with development of new services and businesses including hiring and evaluations of on-site nurses. Plans and implements in-services, staff meetings on a regular basis.
Assists Director and works closely with Medical Director of Business Health to ensure standardization for policy and procedure, forms, special events/activities and compliance with OSHA/TOSHA. Maintains updated policies for each site as pertinent to that site. Working in conjunction with Business Health Services to interface with Ballad Health Legal and Corporate Compliance for new and renewal of contracts including input for development and maintenance of contracts. Monthly invoicing and billing. Budgeting and financial record keeping and accountability. Works closely with Financial Analyst for financial accounts.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing program. Minimum three years nursing experience. Experience in marketing, occupational, and/or wellness nursing desired.
Valid and active RN licensure in appropriate state
