SCOPE OF POSITION
RN – Call Center is responsible for providing accurate and efficient telehealth services including, but not limited to health information, health education, telephonic clinical triage, follow up as appropriate, and discharge callback programs. Serves as a health resource person, educator and patient advocate. Coordinates and facilitates patient transfers into the health system and serves as liaison between hospitals and physician.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an accredited Nursing program. Minimum of three years clinical nursing experience required.
Valid and active RN licensure in appropriate state
