+ Previous work experience at Orkin, ADT, Comcast, JEA, Northwestern Mutual or similar backgrounds are also a good match.

+ Base salary of $500.00 per week

+ Conduct territory sales visits offering our water restoration services.

+ Follow up with current customers to offer established solutions to their plumbing or water problems.

+ Meet weekly sales objectives.

+ Use established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to quote repair/replacement options/solutions and close the sale.

+ Effectively use provided company technology to upload photographic documentation for each job site visited into appropriate applications.

+ Be a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers.

+ A valid driver’s license.

+ Sales experience is strongly desired, but not required.

+ Strong customer service focus.

+ Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.

+ Working knowledge of smart devices, applications, and Microsoft Office.

+ Familiarity with Xactimate, Ridgid, and SalesForce is desired, but not required.

+ Plumbing experience or knowledge is not necessary.

+ Ability to independently problem solve, resolve conflict, and manage priorities.
