Your Role Specialty Areas:

Customer Supply Chain Leaders enjoy delighting our retail customers with excellence in product supply and collaboration in growing the business. Your workdays are bound to be dynamic, and your ability to deal with various supply challenges will be put to the test! As you grow your skills, you’ll build your expertise in customer planning and logistics to become a key link between Sales and the Supply Chain. Your responsibilities to assure supply of P&G products to our customers will have a direct impact on sales & company growth!

There are a variety of responsibilities you could have as a Customer Supply Chain Leader. The work may entail some of the following:

+ Forecasting customer demand

+ Developing supply plans to enable promotions and new product launches with the customer

+ Partnering with the customer to ensure on-shelf availability of P&G products

+ Creating digital tools and analytics that enable P&G to better understand and serve our retail customers

+ Drive improvements for the customer supply chain to eliminate losses

+ Developing breakthrough innovations that strategically differentiate P&G from our market competition

Job Qualifications

What We are Looking for:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Other Business Administration or Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a degree with relevant experience

1-4 years of experience preferred

Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills

Problem solving via innovation & creativity

Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude

Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment
