**Job Description:**
As a Support Services Owner, you will be accountable for client satisfaction and service level attainment. You will achieve business objectives by cultivating external client relationships, delivering recurring reviews of support metrics to client leadership, and recommending impact strategies. You will manage client service request escalations and escalate as appropriate. In this role, you will obtain approvals for change requests, prepare documentation, and lead weekly client change control call. You will work in technology applications to track issues, monitor resolution, and confirm process adherence. You will facilitate and coordinate package management. Lastly, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve client objectives.

**Basic Qualifications**
+ At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
+ At least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
+ At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including
