Analog Engineer

**Job Description**

Come join us in our mission to enable breakthrough innovations for cloud computing in Intel’s Data Platforms Engineering and Architecture group (DPEA) working in a progressive and unique team that carries a passion for working on bleeding edge power electronics, designs for power conversion, and power delivery (Voltage Regulator design & Power Integrity).

In this role you will:

+ Help to develop product concepts, develop system specifications, drive industry standards, influence data center power infrastructure architectures, and help drive server board and system product lines.

+ Participate in the shaping of technical choices made by ingredient teams and drive the platforms, power, and cost optimization.

+ Collaborate with large Cloud Service Providers and Original Design Manufacturers to develop innovative and successful Intel Architecture designs for their datacenter solutions.

+ Develop and drive to schedules and requirement sets within a product development cycle that includes design, simulation, analysis, lab debug, verification, validation, and fleet support.

**Qualifications**

You must possess minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork, classes, research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.)

**Educational Requirements**

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field

**Minimum Qualifications**

Minimum 1+ years of experience in the following areas:

+ Electromagnetics, Analog design, and power electronics.

+ MOSFET design for power delivery, power conversion, and power integrity concepts.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Experience with CAD schematic and layout tools such as Cadence Allegro, Orcad, Mentor Graphics PADS, etc.

+ Experience with simulation and modeling tools such as SPICE, SIMPLIS, Sigrity, etc.
